Refund Policy

The short version. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. Credits you have already spent are not refundable: the computing cost of transforming your audio is incurred the moment you use it.

Bought in the app?

Refund yourself, no email needed: open the app's Credits tab, find the purchase under History, and press Refund. Eligible packs (unused, within 14 days) are refunded automatically to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Payments are processed by FastSpring, our Merchant of Record.

Bought a code on this website?

Your FastSpring receipt email contains your order reference and manage-order links; that is the fastest path. You can also use FastSpring consumer support with your order reference.

The fine print

Unused packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase. A pack is "unused" if no credits from it have been consumed.
Faulty service: if a defect consumed credits without delivering (a failed transformation that still charged you), contact [email protected] and we will restore the credits or refund the equivalent, at any time.

Still stuck?

If the paths above fail you (a refund button that will not appear, a lost receipt, anything odd), email [email protected] with your order reference and we will sort it out. We verify refund requests against the payment itself, never against account activity.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including EU/UK statutory withdrawal and conformity rights and equivalent protections in Japan and Korea. Where local law grants you more than this policy does, local law wins.
